What to bring:

MAD HATTERS has pole dance shoes, knee pads, clothing, grip aids, tea, coffee, soft drink and water.... even grippy body shimmer (dancing dust) available for purchase, we have stretch/yoga mats for shared use as well. If you wish to bring your own water bottle and stretch/yoga mat and towel feel free.

What to wear:

For pole classes you will need to wear short shorts (or shorts you are able to roll up if need be) and a singlet or crop top, sometimes you will need knee pads and/or long socks or leg warmers (some pole classes as required and for Naughty Alice Pole dance class). You can bring shoes if you have them heels (patent shiny leather ones work best for grip), or ballet flats. You wont always need to wear heels, nor are you required to wear them if you don’t want, but they do make many moves a lot easier to hold, make moves and transitions look nicer, get your legs stronger, take a lot of pressure of some pole contact points and make floor work much much easier and less painful for your toes and feet.
For Aerial (Silk & Lyra), Acro balance and handstands, Stretch and mobility classes and most of our specialty classes singlet tops, long leggings and socks are required.
